Don't know if you have a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant near you, but they make a smokin' (no pun intended) sweet potato. Cooked nearly to mush inside, it's wonderful. You can top it with reg. butter or cinnamon butter. Yummy! So glad to hear you had a backup. There's nothing more heart breaking than having a hankering for a particular food and not finding it anywhere. Great post.
