Was on vacation over the 4th and just saw the replays of the announcement today. There must have been a reason she was wearing wading boots when giving the announcement – must have been getting deep as she was speaking.

On the 4th of July, I couldn’t resist tossing the Palin firecracker out on the table of conversation with a mixed group of folks…all of them older than I am, and from a conservative background. I am about as liberal as they come, so it was just fun to throw the poppers out to see how which would blow up and which would fizzle out.

One gentleman in particular is quite entrenched in what some still refer to as “a man’s world.” One of his female inlaws whispered he wouldn’t support a woman in office, with a wink and a smile.

LO and BEHOLD this same guy would urge this woman back into a national office. The reason: (hold onto your knickers girlfriends) because she is “so attractive.” Nearly tipped the table over when my jaw hit it! WHAT?

Palin cannot put together a grammatical sentence to save her sweet touche (okay ass). Her logic and reasoning go beyond politics as usual, into blithering stupidity that reminds me of dictators we are trying to bring down in other parts of the world.

If you read the article in this post about her running career….think about this: Ever been to Alaska? You don’t go running in -24 degree weather. Perhaps she is truthful and ran indoors…but that didn’t come to light. The photo was telling as well. Who the hell puts a baby stroller on a bed of rocks as big as golf balls and expects it to work? Oh, okay, nice photo op. The woman continually throws out mixed messages that boogle the mind.

My last point is this: DO NOT BUY THAT BOOK! Guarantee if this woman gets back onto the national political stage and wins, women are going to be back in the stone age…avatars Wilma Flinstone and Betty Rubble here we come!

Bullcrap? Thats pretty strong language Blondie! I have problems with anyone who says one thing and does something else…her ethics issues, the Bridge to Nowhere debacle…well…at least now that she is retired she can go home and enjoy her view of Russia from her house.
